Find a ride, send a request, and wait for the driver to accept. Seats are held only when the driver accepts.

Can I negotiate the fare?

Yes, on rides marked negotiable. Make an offer from your request page; the driver can accept or counter.

How do I pay?

Directly to the driver, outside the app. See How payments work.

What if my ride is cancelled?

You are notified immediately and your request is cancelled.
