How payments work

Payments are arranged directly between the passenger and driver. This platform does not collect or process ride fares.

There is no wallet, no escrow and no in-app checkout. After a driver accepts your request, agree how you will pay (cash, UPI sent directly to the driver, or another method you both agree on) and settle the fare yourselves.

Agree on the payment method (cash or UPI sent directly to the driver) with your driver before the trip.

Because the platform never handles ride money, it cannot refund or mediate fare disputes. Use the report button if something goes wrong.
