Safety tips

Check the driver's profile, rating and verification badge before you book. Share your trip details with someone you trust. Meet in a public place, confirm the vehicle number and driver before getting in, and trust your instincts: you can cancel at any time.

Never pay money in advance to confirm a seat. Report anything suspicious from the ride or booking page; our moderators review every report. Driver verification means we checked a document, not that we guarantee a trip.
